The biggest challenge we face as entrepreneurs is how to stand out in a crowded marketplace.
There are many people doing exactly what you do. We can all buy the same books, attend the same training, and use the same softwares. BUT, we can't be YOU!
This is why it's imperative that you discover your signature (unique differentiator) and put it on everything you do. Craft your marketing message around this signature. Go all in with your signature, make it so that people can identify your brand or product or service before they even see your logo.
Keep asking yourself: How can we do things differently in keeping with our values, mission, and what we bring to solving this problem for our customer??
The goal is to create what Kelly Roach calls "a category of one" in the mind of your target customer.

Always be looking around your environment. What are you not seeing? What are other's missing? The markets eventually reward first movers.
