FAILURE IS THE PRICE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PROGRESS

Updated: Nov 4, 2023

Rewire your thinking around failure. The fear of failure is a very real force that robs many of their destiny. This is not going to be us! Any time you try something new, expect that you might fail. Not because you are dull or incompetent; but because this is something you've never done before. It's just that simple! Logic escapes us when we decide to sit in our feelings.

Picasso wasn't painting famous artwork the first time he held a paint brush. Thomas Edison wasn't making revolutionary discoveries on his first attempt. Steve Jobs didn't come up with the iPhone the moment he set out to be an entrepreneur. Failure is part of the process of learning!

FAILURE IS A SIGN THAT YOU'RE MAKING PROGRESS!!!

Yes, you're not where you wanted to be by now; but you're also definitely not where you started. That's the definition of progress.

Progress is forward and onward movement toward a destination. It's not having arrived, it's being on the way. (Enjoy the scenery while you're on your way: EMBRACE PROCESS)

I know it doesn't feel like progress when you're sitting in a failed attempt, but it is.

Would you rather be where you started? Or in the position you find yourself in right now?

Difficulties are part of progress.

Here's a failed attempt checklist:

✅Understand what failed. Was it a process, a system, poor preparation, not enough data, poor execution, inadequate financing, your mindset, or a combination of factors???

✅ Fix the weak links. Re-work the system with the information you have now. Failure has just become your gold.

✅Try again with the new upgraded version of your efforts.

✅Repeat this process over and over again - you will surpass where you thought you were going.

Remember that failure teaches the kind of things that a textbook never can. When you manage to navigate your failure your value will have just increased🔥.

“If there is no struggle, there is no progress.” Frederick Douglass

Stay encouraged.

You've come a long way, you got a way to go but you know better now.

Share with us how you get over failed attempts???

Have a blessed day 🌻🌻🌻
